Stayed here for a weekend away. Location is good. The area looks a little dodgy at first but only a short walk to many attractions once you get your bearings. Once inside you will see it is very clean, and in keeping with the old style architecture. The room we had was small and noise from the street below may be an issue. In fact once the windows are closed you don't notice it. We were out most of the time so it didn't bother us. We were impressed by the quality of breakfast from the cute cafe / restaurant adjoining the hotel on street level. The facilities are limited due to the size of the place but the quiet relaxed ambience is more what we look for rather than cinema / gym / sauna etc...
We did get a tram/bus pass for the weekend for free on check-in. There are also a few cafes and restaurant nearby for cheap (relative term) eats.
The old town is worth the walk and we loved the cable car up the mountain just over the border.
Overall I'd recommend the place but would probably try somewhere else if we went back.

Geneva very hot. The a/c in our room was wonderful. Why it wasn't on in the lobby or their reknowned restaurant, I don't know.

Located just a ten minute walk from most everywhere, it proved to be more convenient than we thought it would be.

Staff very polite. Amenities (internet, separate bar and lobby sitting areas) quite nice.

Stayed in the older building where the rooms are smaller. Nevertheless, our room (301) was well furnished and decorated.
Very clean.

More money than we like to spend. However, Geneva is one of the most expensive cities in Europe.

Whenever I travel to Geneva I try to stay at the Tiffany. This time I took my wife, and she was not disappointed. Our room was furnished to a high standard (echoing the Tiffany theme) and the staff friendly and very professional. It is conveniently situated in a pleasant part of the city, with nearby buses and trams (free with the pass given by the hotel).

Our only complaint (if we have to make one) is that the indoor restaurant is a little cramped at peak business traveller breakfast time. While not a cheap hotel, it represents good value by Geneva standards.

Perfectly located for the Grand Theatre, Old Town, Cathedrale St. Pierre, and the Musee d' Art et d'Histoire. Friendly service, clean and confortable rooms, and a superior breakfast buffet. Convenient, nearby tram stop. Don't miss the archeological site/museum located under the cathedral. The Musee d' Art et d' Histoire is also worth a visit.

My first trip to Geneva, and liked what I had read on Trip Advisor, so booked direct with the hotel, and have enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Staff are multilingual, so no language problems, and keen to help in any way they can. Dinner in the restaurant is worth coming for even if you are not a guest, with menu and preparation far exceeding my expectations of 'hotel' food. (I have spent the last week in a 5 star in London that would not go close to the quality). I had a top floor room with ample space - not large but certainly sufficient and at no time did I feel crowded. Excellent strength wifi. Took a taxi from the airport, cost CHF37. Easy 10 min walk into the main shopping area, and a couple of minutes beyond that to the riverbank and lake where a stroll in the sunshine is delightful.

Stayed at the Tiffany Hotel 23-25 March and found it a little gem. We contacted the hotel direct and got a special deal which included fruit basket, welcoming drink and upgraded room for around £250.00 for two adults B&B. The hotel had an excellent staff and was well run with lots of nice little touches in your room e.g. robes, chocs on your pillow and bed turndown at night. Although we did find the rooms to be a little warm for our taste despite having the heating turned right down. We gave up using the lift after the first use as it was really too small to accommodate two adults comfortably. The only downside to our stay was the bar area .We stopped off for a nightcap and had to wait simply ages to be served. In fact the second night we gave up waiting after over 10 minutes of non service (despite the waitress seeing us go into the bar). This was a minor problem and did not put us off the Tiffany. We would recommend this hotel and definately go back.

I booked three days for Mum and myself as part of our annual girls getaway the first weekend of December.

We contacted the hotel directly and agreed a great deal for the weekend which included discounted rates and perks such as fruit basket in our room, breakfast, room upgrade and minibar etc. On arrival the hotel was impressive, with beautiful green canopies outside, impeccably dressed staff with perfect language skills and an air of class and elegance.

The lift was a little small and we made two trips - only one person and suitcase can fit comfortably in.

The room was very clean and perfectly turned with a wonderful fruit basket and chocolates awaiting us. Room service was unobtrusive and regular with beautiful clean robes and towels. I had done a great deal of research to find this hotel and it met my expectations at a competitive price for the area.

Undoubtedly the highlight of our stay was the fabulous food served in the hotels own restaurant; I have never tasted such wonderful salt cooked steak and the recommended wines were a perfect compliment - the restaurant is a little pricey although not unexpected as the menu and price guide are available on the website. The desert menu was equally fabulous and I was quite happy to pay the bill for such wonderful food in beautiful surroundings.

Breakfast was inclusive; an extensive continental selection and the option (still inclusive) for cooked breakfast. All the food was fresh and tasty and the atmosphere was busy but not rushed. Breakfast is served later on weekends if you prefer a lie-in.

On the second day of our stay, we took a trip across the Franco Swiss border to the Alps - well worth doing - the concierge can arrange this for you via Keytours.
On our drop-off at the bus station our taxi failed to arrive and on a busy Saturday evening it was not easy to find another. However we called the hotel and they solved the problem for us, a car arrived a few minutes later. All in, I cannot praise this hotel enough; it was a jewel in an otherwise indifferent city and made our trip.

P.S. When visiting Geneva, don't miss the old town - take a little train trip if you don't want to walk up the hill!
