Stayed here with my wife while she jetted around Geneva on a business trip. From that perspective, it was very conveniently located for us - close enough to her meetings and close for me to have an easy wonder around the cobbled streets of the old town.

The hotel is really well presented with a few quite interesting little quirks (though the lack of lift to the 5th floor wasn't ideal - it's one of those tiny two-person lifts which, given the height of the building, can only get to the 4th floor).
We were pleased with both the cleanliness and the presentation of the room. Nice soaps / towels etc. too. Customer service was really excellent - with a really helpful concierge who flattered our stumbling Franglais with some wonderfully easy-to-understand French and breaking into English when we looked nonplussed.
As with seemingly all things in Geneva, costs are high - a little shocked to discover the cost of breakfast and the extras, but then, this wasn't out of whack with the cost of lunch/dinner at restaurants either.

All in all a good experience and if not plush, certainly 'charming' as others have indicated.

Room Tip: if you don't like stairs, avoid the fifth floor!

We had a large family room on the top floor. Could walk anywhere easily. Felt safe. The area was quieter than many busy streets. We did not eat there but wished we had. Everywhere was just as expensive and less convenient for breakfast. They arranged airport transportation for us. No complaints at all. We used the free city bus pass

we stayed here for a weekend , first glance hotel looks a bit shabby , but on closer look was clean and tidy , service was exceptional as was food , breakfast was very good . Pillows were a bit rubbish . be waarned if staying over weekend the area around hotel can be very noisy and also the shops are all shut on sundays.

This hotel was okay. It was clean and the room was attractive and comfortable. WE were a little disappointed with the location. We read that it was in the old city, however, it was several blocks away. We found the neighborhood to be right on the fringe of the sketchy part of town. On our first venture out the door, we "explored" in the wrong direction, so our first impression of Geneva was not the best! For the price, we felt we could have done better.

When traveling in Europe we look for small, charming hotels preferably in the old part of the city and with excellent service. Last, we need to be able to afford it! Well, Tiffany Hotel met just about all of these needs. It is certainly small and charming. The service was great and although not in the old town, it is close enough to walk (which we did several times a day). The room was moderate sized. The bathroom was modern. Everything was clean and well laid out and the price did not break the bank. The staff was extremely helpful. My only complaint is the price of breakfast. At $26 CHF per person when we only wanted croissants and coffee was a bit much, so we only did that one day.
