We greatly enjoyed our dinner at the Le Grill Restaurant. The food is great and original: the (duck) Foie Grass was served in a pear shape and prepared with caramelised whisky, the Smoked Salmon entree was served literally smoking (in a transparent box filled with smoke), they know how to grill a gentleman's steak and have an excellent choice of wines. Of course all this you would expect from a restaurant in a true "Grand Hotel". What (or in this case "who") went beyond our expectations was one of the waiters, who was very cheerful and extraordinary friendly and helpful. It was clear that this young man really enjoyed his work and literally served with pride. We also loved the restaurant's design (lovely touch, to display the meat hanging in a glass walled cooling room) and the view.
