Not much choice. But if you are visiting the place which is amust do in Geneve then this is an option to try out. I found it to be a bit lacking on choices and costly. The location is ok . Business like and efficient

There is a water fountain freely available and meal portions are very generous. We shared a meal between two for a total of 10CHF and were very satisfied - hot breaded cheese, loads of potato and a plate covered in snow peas, with some salad on the side. It is not top notch (overcooked snowpeas) and the atmosphere is very clearly cafeteria, but really good value.

As all cafeteria's must the food is so mass produced its looks unappertising, is served like slops but despite this is often quite tasty. I suspect this vould be quite a bit better if there was not a catering monopoly in the building. Things cooked to order (like pizza or off the grill) definitely do better than those not. BUT how can the main source of food for what is alledgedly the second largest office complex in the world be open for only two hours? If you need food before about 12 or after about 2pm - forget it!

Excellent salad buffet and several dishes of the day, at very affordable prices, and a very refined UN crowd.

The cafeteria is open for lunch only, on all United Nations working days. It offers a buffet system. Although there is no service, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, and there is outdoor seating suitable for the summer. There are usually four or more hot dishes on offer for about CHF 10, and a salad buffet charged by weight, as well as other appetizers, sushi boxes, desserts, etc., all at prices much lower than those that would be found in the rest of the city.
