Recently revisited their Filets de Perches and still find them the best of anywhere: they only serve them fresh from the lake and they are the only place that I have come across, which serves them with a homemade tartar sauce. I have led many down the naughty path of too much tartar sauce here. Another favorite when I feel like splurging (it is a pricey one) is their hamburger: I swear it's the best that I've ever eaten and I've eaten many, on several continents!
