We had dinner for 2 on a Saturday evening
A truly exquisite cuisine in a place where you dont expect it (see comment on the Seepark hotel).
There is no menu, you can only chose the number of courses you want. We took the 5 courses option (no cheese plate).
Very creative cuisine, mix of Asian and European flavors
All courses were prepared to play on the visual and gustative sensations (see picture of the desert). You felt just by looking at the plate all the attention to the details.
Fishes and meat were perfectly cooked and the courses were never too big or too small.
The (only) minus:
the wines proposed to come with each course were disappointing. We felt the wines were only selected to accompany/support the course but not to add anything else or more. A good wine can be as good as a good dish. It would have been paradise to have both: excellent course and excellent wine.
In conclusion, a close to perfect place for a fine dinner. We will definitely come back.
