My husband and I find this restaurant from trip advisor, it is a great place to have hot pot( not as spicy as the one in China+Germany once we had)it's very tasty and other dishes are quite delicious as well.As I come from China I can tell that this restaurant is very similar to the original Chinese restaurants in China(lot of Chinese restaurants in Europe had changed a lot based on the local people's taste in dishes) the price for hot pot is a good value and we are so full after the nice hot pot, the place is nicely decorated also the friendly staff there give you a kind of home feeling,we like to go there whenever we miss our Chinese food.

My DH and I loved this place. We chose this place because of all the good TripAdvisor reviews. The building is clean and well-cared for. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The food is delicious, as well as beautifully presented. The price is moderate, although we spent more than we needed to.
For four of us, we ordered eight spring rolls - four would have been plenty. We each ordered an entree and rice - three, maybe two would have been enough. Plus three desserts - two to share would have been enough. I finished everything I ordered and went away feeling too full.
For our entire meal it was 144chf. We probably could have spent only 80 - 100 if we had ordered smarter.
We went here on a Wednesday evening and called ahead for reservations at 6:00. Although it wasnt crowded, it was busy. If you go on a weekend, I would definitely make reservations.
The first time you go somewhere it is a learning experience. We will definitely go back here. Except for our inexperience, everything was perfect!!!

The most memorable experience of enjoying classic and delicious Chineses cuisine EVER!!!!! It is not easy to find one that has this kind of great quality of food and sweet service in Switzerland. I am so satisfied with everything in here! Highly recommend Restaurant Fischermatteli!!!!!

Excellent Chinese cuisine. Authentic - there were several tables of Chinese people eating there, always a good sign. Very good choice of dishes. All the ones we tried were tasty, very appetizing and served hot. Decent wine list with open wine (per dl), good choice of small (50cl) bottles and full bottles.

Welcoming and friendly service.

A bit out of the way (not in town centre) but very easy and quick to reach by tram/bus - just 50m from the tram terminus/bus stop.

Well worth the journey.

The best Chinese food I have ever had! The service is very friendly. It is my third visit. To bad that I am moving to another area of Switzerland. However, when I am in the neighborhood I will definitely come back!
