what can i say? i was not impressed by a number of things. I was there in november and tried the so called aroma menu (you have to right?). Everything had somehow a sweet taste, sometimes for me too sweet and too rich. After the third course (which was a raw egg yolk which i ate and it was good) i was done, i couldn't anymore, and it is not the idea to feel so stuffed in these kind of restaurants. After five courses with hundreds of heavy ingredients they propose you a cheese trolley, who wants to eat cheese after all that? Besides, cheese is not a dish, no skilled required there.
For me, i was just looking forward to the end, and this i believe shouldn't be the experience if you are willing to pay 500 chf plus for a dinner.
