“Lunch... forget business”
Reviewed January 26, 2013

We had a great lunch at Tanja Grandits' Stucki Bruderholz restaurant.
Each course was a firework of flavour without being pretentious. You will enjoy the combinations without being a nerd that focuses too much on what you have on the plate. High class cooking paired with a good service, reasonable prices for wines and a modern decor.

“High class in every way!”
Reviewed January 22, 2013

Stucki on Bruderholz is a special location. The ambience is really nice, the staff is friendly and well trained and the cooking is fabulous. Every dish is a taste explosion in your mouth and extraordinary experience. The dishes have the right combination of exploring something new but never forget the real taste of the food. The ambiance is elegant but not so that you feel uncomfortable. An experience for every sense.

“Impeccable 'business' lunch”
Reviewed January 9, 2013

A very nice restaurant visited with a group of girl friends for a special treat. Very nice menue, vegetarian also well accommodated, absolutely impeccable multilingual service (probably best I ever had). cook chef came towards the end of the meal to greet the guests, which was very nice. Excellent, well justified 2 micheline stars. A set lunch menue with a glass of wine and water came to 100CHF, not cheap but definitely worth it for a nice occassion. will recomment and be back

“First class cuisine”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

We tried the Aroma menu (a tasting menu) and were impressed by the balance and complexity of the dishes - we had some minor dietary restrictions and a time constraint and the team managed to adapt the menu to meet our needs fully.

The service was first class, the presentation of the cheese course was almost theatrical and the food itself was clean, well presented and innovative.

If there was one tiny piece of feedback to pass on - after such an amazing meal, when serving homemade chocolates as the finale, they need to be fantastic to act as the climax of the meal and linger on the way home. But they were very average and do not meet the standards of the rest of the meal. Of course - they are free, so I am not complaining - just think that the team might want to rethink the tiny weak link in a very strong chain!

We'd certainly return - thanks to the whole team
