We came upon this gem by chance while we were booking golf @ Bigwin Island golf course. Four of us played golf and drove to the resort where we all experienced dining we have not enjoyed in ages. The chef has been there six years and knows how to really please the taste buds. I had a great chat with the manager Kim Loader who really has it "all together", Kim and her husband have been in charge of this Resort for 16 years and the owner is a very, very lucky man to have found such a couple to manage this asset.
