An old fashioned traditional Albergo that has been run by the same (very friendly and welcoming) family for a long time. Located in a historic building, the property has not been updated for a long time and, although it has a lot of charm, the decor and furniture are quite tired. Our room had an electric fan but no air conditioning so in the heat of July we did not get a good nights sleep. The location is great being a short stroll to the centre of this beautiful historic town.

This is a gem of a find in Perugia. It's on a quiet street, but just a couple of short blocks away from the centre of town. It's a small, family run hotel, but they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was simple, but good, and that 2nd cup of cappuccino was most welcome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great value for the price you pay. Highly recommended.

The family that runs this bed and breakfast are lovely. They go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Tommaso, Lauriana, and Michele are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast every morning is amazing consisting of Fresh warm brioche (croissants), fresh bread, delicious fresh squeezed juice, cappuccino or expresso. The rooms are small but comfortable for couples. Each room has its own bathroom with fresh linens daily. If you are going to Perugia this is a great place to stay for its hospitality and history. We are definitely going back.

For its price, convenience and friendliness of the staff we really enjoyed this hotel. It is attractively furnished and feels more like staying in a home. The light Italian breakfast featured fresh bread and croissants and good coffee. The wifi is a bit erratic.
