We had a great dinner in this osteria. It is really worth it to follow the entire Italian dinner ritual ( antipasti- primo- secundo- dolci) because all are equally well prepared. Be shure to take the local cheeses with patés as a starter. Most of the ingredients for the dishes and wines are made by small local producers. The only bad point is the service, which can be a bit too quick and sturdy if you happen to have the wrong waitress...nonetheless a great place to taste the real Umbria!
