Very comfortable and airy dining room lined with books and bottles - we thought very stylish. Charming staff who spoke English. The menu is not long but choosing was difficult as so many of the dishes looked interesting. Four of us enjoyed an excellent meal and we would all make a point of going back. The cooking style is to use high quality local ingredients in an innovative way so don't go expecting a huge plate of hearty food. The house wine both red and white had been carefully chosen. We thought it was delicious and excellent value at €15 a bottle. There is a huge selection of wine from the best estates in Italy.
By a long way this was the best restaurant we found during a short holiday in Umbria.
