My personal favorite was to learn about Umbrian language and to see tablets from 5th century BC. Well worth it!

This palace was the Town Hall, the goverment of the Gubbio in the Middle Ages. It's beautiful in itself but even it hosts a nice collection of ancient statues, a picture gallery and the original fornitures.
Dont' miss the "The Iguvine Tablets" a document written in the ancient Umbrian language (similar to Etruscan alphabet.
For Italian archaeologists was a very important discovery.
There are many steps, but if you reach the "loggia", you'll enjoy a nice view of the city.

My favorite part of the visit were the fabulous views from the balconies. Perfect for snapping some pictures of Gubbio's roofscapes!
