We stayed here for 2 nights and as per other reviews you cannot fault the location. Make sure you telephone the owners on arrival as I forgot so we waited outside! The confirmation e-mail did request this so my mistake. The owners were very cheerful and helpful. Siena itself was amazing and I would recommend the destination. The B&B provides good budget accomodation, we did not have breakfast and had a room with toilet and shared bathroom. I didn`t find this hotel as comfortable as other budget accomodation but it is good value - we paid 180 euro for 2 people 2 nights. The buses from train station are confusing so ask for help, it would be too far to walk with luggage. We also found it tricky to find but head to Il Campo, face the tower (mangia) and it is the street in bottom right corner. If you want brilliant value local food head to Osteria Nonna Gina (7mins walk from Duomo) Staff are lovely and amazing food in rustic dining room.
