“Good and Relaxing”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

We were in Siena for the pre-decision of the Palio 2013. We were looking to get a light meal and we wanted to recharge our battery. We found the N1co and it was wonderful ...
The meal was very fresh, light and we enjoyed very much. The wine was fine. The atmosphere was wondeful. The service was good and frindly.

It is a good restaurant and we will come back for sure, when we are in Siena some day in the future.

“Conveniently located, tasty and simple”
Reviewed August 21, 2013 via mobile

This is a nicely located restaurant in the heart of Siena. The food is fairly simple but tasty. Deserts are small, sweet and pricy. Overall, it's nice location, perfect meal sizes and relaxed atmosphere make it a great mid day break spot or a great location for a night-drink. It is a bit overpriced (especially deserts) but given that its based in the touristic heart of Siena, I guess there is no way around that.

“Modern Italian”
Reviewed August 14, 2013

Siena is very busy time of year (Il Palio) with loads of tourists and restaurant menus to match. This was a standout on the main drag. Prompt, attentive service and beautifully prepared food. The risotto with basil pesto was particularly delicious. Excellent value.

“Unique restaurant experience”
Reviewed August 10, 2013

We enjoyed an excellent meal here during our stay in Tuscany. It was unusual because the tables outside are set on a slope so you founnd yourself feeling at times like you were going to fall down the slope. The food was excellent. My husband had the beef and I had the spaghetti in a tomato sauce. Service was good.

“Average food, very slow service”
Reviewed August 6, 2013 via mobile

We went there to have what had to be a quick lunch. We ordered two rice and two pasta plates. The rice arrived 50 minutes after we ordered and the pastad took 15 additional minutes. For the rest, food ok and people nice but they did not apologise. It seems this is how things usually go there. Go somewhere else. There are many options in the area.
