The cathedral is composed of the crypt, the panoramic terrace, the museum, the Battistero, and the church, a ticket off season cost euro 8 for all and in high season euro 12.
It worst each penny, the art of Michelangelo, Donatello, and Bernini and the manuscripts, the library is amazing, you can spend 4-5 hours there just watching and admire the marble floor which was open recently to public.
Do not miss it, I recommend it with all my heart.
