We had just arrived in town and we were very hungry. We didn't want a typical tourist meal on the big piazza so we took to the small alleys and found Beppone. We were seated at the back of the restaurant were we had an amazing view overlooking the Tuscan countryside. We were the only non-Italians in the place! Our server was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our bruschetta of tomatoes, rocket, parmesan, and prosciutto very much. The bread was grilled just perfectly. I had Gorgonzola and walnut ravioli and my dining partner had a simple pizza Napoli with tomato sauce, capers, and anchovies. It was all very good! We felt welcome and had a great meal.
