This was such a great way to get an overall feel for the layout of San Gimignano. We enjoyed pinpointing the location of our hotel :) This really is amazing and you need to see it to fully appreciate it

San Gimignano is one of the most incredibly beautiful places I've ever visited. The city is not that big so in a few hours you can walk through basically all those cobblestone streets as you see those amazing buildings that might be up to 700 years old!!

This is a fabulous little city! It is called a "Medieval Manhattan".
There is so much to see ! Fabulous gifts for yourself and friends and family of all ages ! The pizza is amazing and so is the Gelato. I have been there twice but with a tour and never had enough time to really enjoy it to the fullest. When you go, try to spend a day there or at least or 5 hours. You will need that just to get through the fabulous gift shops, look out at the incredible views , to people watch and to taste the wonderful food and desserts. Most of all, make sure you look out at the view of Tuscany- Pls don't miss that !

The model was really interesting, but very small compared to how it used to be. It is also free. I regret wasting money on the treasure hunt. Perhaps it would have been better with kids, but for a young couple on their honeymoon, it seemed difficult to follow, and most importantly, THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT. The treasure hunt is simply matching this tower or that staircase to a picture on a map, but there is no information about the historical significance of what you are looking at. Very disappointing.

The miniature of San Gimignano in the 1300s is very impressive and the kindness of the staff made me and my family felt like we were in the Medieval Times.
