With so many great restaurants to choose from in San Gimignano, we didn't consult TA for a change and just trusted our instincts. We really enjoyed our evening at Peruca and the food was excellent! Very professional service, nicely paced in a packed restaurant with people waiting; no rush was felt to eat and run! I had the rabbit, something I rarely try and it was excellent with a side of their saluted spinach with a nice balance of flavors. Great wine list with many choices and reasonable prices. My husband had a starter, beef filet for his entrée and the cheese tray for desert all with a great bottle of wine=75 euros. We felt good value for the high quality of food.
