We enjoyed our four night stay at this charming B&B just outside San Gimignano. Our room (Syrah) in the converted barn had incomparable views of the vineyards and rolling Tuscan hills. The room itself was large and attractive and there were separate bath and toilet rooms, an oversized clothes closet and a four poster king bed that floated in the center of the room. A second comfortable chair (to provide seating in front of the window) and a desk would have been helpful and added a nice touch. The breakfast buffet, served in the restaurant a few steps away was great – comprehensive and delicious. We also enjoyed two dinners at the restaurant which were outstanding in all respects, including the wines (produced at the winery) which were served in abundance. Staff was friendly and professional. We would have enjoyed a tour of the winery but it wasn’t offered by reception when we arrived and we missed the opportunity because we were unaware it was not available on weekends. The included wi-fi was extremely inconvenient as it worked only on the pool patio located about 120 meters from the room.

We stayed one night in "La Suite" and one in the the "Malvasia" room as there was some limited availability when we were there as there happened to be a wedding there. (Which after seeing the grounds I can understand - it is just stunning). We loved every minute of it. Sara was the host the entire time we were there and she was just lovely - very friendly, happy to answer any question we had and super helpful - she gave us advice about what we might like to do and helped us book a tour as well. The rooms are terrific and just as beautiful as they look on the website - as is the pool. Very high standard cleanliness etc. The property is a short walk to the city of San Gimignano...probably about 10 minutes or 15 if you are a leisurely walker. The breakfast is an impressive and delicious spread and we also had dinner there one night which was great value for money and lovely fresh produce (again 35 euros for a 3 course meal and as much wine from the farm as you wanted). Would definitely recommend and come back again :)

Room Tip: La Suite was terrific and right next to the pool with a lounge room upstairs overlooking the pool and surrounding hills. Otherwise the rooms themselves are a bit more modest but also very nice, clean and with lovely views.

We stayed at the Agriturismo for 4 nights, there were 4 of us traveling together. We were in the Tower apartment. The grounds are beautiful and the views from all sides just spectacular. This is not your typical accommodations as they do not do daily cleaning of the unit but the price point reflects those lack of services -- this was not a problem for us but just wanted to share in case you are looking for a "hotel" type of experience. The dinners were wonderful -- Chef Lucia Top Notch ! The dinners come with the wines produced on the property and are excellent. We walked into town two of the days -- ( you will need to walk after meals). It was a wonderful time and highly recommend these accommodations as long as you are looking for a laid back / no frills kind of place.

This place was absolutely amazing! My friends and I went for a girls trip and wish we would've booked more time here than at the other spots we stayed in Tuscany. We did the Vineyard tour which was the perfect length, then had the farm dinner and enjoyed some time relaxing by the pool, as well. Breakfast was delightful, better than other B&B's we stayed at, and the service was wonderful. Samantha, our host, was so positive and did a great job. I'd highly recommend staying here, and intend to go back next time I'm in Tuscany!!!

My husband & I just stayed here last night, our first night in Italy! What a way to start our trip. A charming property that's a 15 min walk to the walled city. We checked in to find a beautiful property w/ a nice sized room, a relatively large bathroom & a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed dinner on the property in the dining room. Which felt like we were in someone's dining room, they actually get the serving pieces out from the china hutches! It was a 4 course meal that was accompanied by (plenty) of wine @ 35 euro per person! The girls were very friendly & nice. We over slept due to the time change & almost missed the included breakfast spread, but we were able to get in & eat without any problem.
