A clean and quiet hotel within 15min walking distance of the tourist sites. Rooms not to a modern style but clean and relaxing. Hotel car park rather small so first come first served as it is located in a residential parking area. Hot/cold buffet breakfast very good.

Stayed here on our way to Paris last week. The place was clean and the front desk was very helpful. The young lady at the counter was super nice and spoke English well. (It didnt hurt that she was hot!) Rooms were nice enough for one night. Not very big as expected, but we had an adjoining room for the kids.

Room Tip: as a family, get the adjoining room, cost me 170 euro for both rooms

This was a great find by my husband. We stayed for 3 nights and moved on to Florence afterwards - we wouldn't have needed to stay in Pisa any longer. The hotel was really nice and it was great to come back to every evening. The service was good, the waiters particularly in the restaurant were fabulous. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel.

I was dubious by the distance to the Tower but we could see the top from our second floor room. It was a 15 minute walk to the Tower, and although a very small section was through an underpass it was quite safe and the graffiti was cool. We think that some of it has been commissioned as they are large pieces from the same artist.

Our room was at the front of the hotel, next to the train line but it didn't really bother us much. The sunrise coming through our window was lovely in the morning. The air con was a bit noisy but it did work. The bathroom was fine, clean and tidy and pleased for the safe to store things. We didn't ever leave much money in there though - just passports and information.

The lobby was modern and clean and the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant in the evening was rather pricey but I looked forward to the next day's breakfast every evening, it was that good! Massive choice, hot and cold, lots of tea types and coffee on tap and the waiters were really sweet and friendly.

If we were to come again, we may find something even closer to the Tower, but our experience was very good, so we would consider a revist to this hotel.

Room Tip: If you want peace and quiet be careful about your room. We were on the front with orange street ligh...

Our room's air-con was not working and making funny noise so we had to change the room.

The room was perfect.
The Air-con worked very well, shower room ok, free wi-fi, free car park, free breakfast, 10mins walk to famous Pisa's leaning tower.

If you have a car, it's perfect hotel.

Just stayed two nights at this excellent hotel. It is cheap and very nicely placed cllosed to the leaning tower and by the way to University of Pisa annd the headquarter of ENEL.
Really efficient service when I booked, nice service at the hotel, excellent breakfast buffet and really nice cool room.
I am here now in 34 degrees celcius, so efficient air conditioning is very relevant.

Room Tip: Stay away from the frontside of the hotel

We stayed one night before flying back from Pisa airport and had a triple room which was effectively a double room and a single linked together, with a nice big bathroom. The Hotel has a lawn with loungers and the bar and dining rooms have a lovely outside patio. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the leaning tower, just under the underpass and up the road, so very conveniently located. The staff were helpful but the Wi-Fi wasn’t free (the free internet was only if you had brought along your own cable!). I’d recommend for a short stay, but Pisa could easily be seen on a few hours so I am glad we didn’t use it as a base.

We stayed here for one night following an evening flight to Pisa, before heading to Florence the next day. This hotel was perfect for a short stop-over. Rooms and public areas were clean and comfortable. We had booked a triple room but were given a twin and a single room with interconnecting door at no extra cost so we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. About a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower of Pisa, and a short taxi ride to the airport and train station. In the lobby there is a bar with a decent selection of drinks, and the breakfast was good.
