We've just returned from a two night stay in Pisa. We really liked it at Cisanello House. The room was nice and clean, the view from the balcony was lovely, and the lady who manages was very nice and hospitable, always ready to help and to answer our needs. She handed us a map and helped us with directions and recommendations for eating.
The bathroom was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good, with sufficient options.
Don't be put off by the fact that it seems far from the center - it takes 10 mins to get there by bus, as Pisa really ain't that big.
