This hotel is very well located. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The walls need painting .
The breakfast is enough to start up the morning. The bed sheets were clean as well as the towels. The bathroom was very small.
The Pisa train station is about 15' by bus or 40' minutes walk from this hotel.

Room Tip: Room 64 has the window to Pisa

We stayed just the one night.

Yes it is an old building - but everything is clean and fresh. The bathroom is small but they do not have the space to make it bigger - the room uses all the space available - the location makes up for size.
The breakfast is excellent, the tea is good - lots of bread and croissants etc.

The front desk is excellent, wifi is fast, taxi and bus stop right outside the door, across the street.

8 seater taxi on a Sunday will cost you 18.00 euro to the airport - it takes about 15 mins to walk from the train station via some pedestrian streets - just ask for directions to the tower.

Lots of cafes and bars within 5 mins walk.

One of our party got lost walking back to the hotel at night - all he had to do was ask a policeman for directions to the tower.

Room Tip: Many ask for a tower view - there are buildings between it and the hotel so I wouldn't get hung up on this - just walk outside for a full view.

We requested a room with a view of the tower and were lucky enough to get just that. The room initially had a VERY musty smell, the walls desperately need painting, the curtains in need of a wash, the carpet needs replacing, however the bed was spotlessly clean. The bathroom is very dated and narrow, however the shower worked well. The receptionists were both very helpful and gladly looked up train times for us and kept our cases after checking out. The breakfast was adequate, you are left to your own devices, the lady is not the cheeriest of people, but hey ho. All in all i think this is a UK 2 star hotel, where the location is its best point, the bed is clean and breakfast is fine.

Room Tip: request a tower view

This hotel is about a 10 second walk to the tower of Pisa, the location is fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old, but not in a nasty way, it was very clean and I found it to be really charming and full of character.

The only thing that let the hotel down, was the breakfast, it was a bit stingy. There was only processed cheese triangles and no real cheese, like most hotels in Italy would serve for breakfast, and only a small choice of meat. But there was the option for cappuccino or espresso with breakfast, and the bread was good. so that was nice.

We had a car and were amazed that we could park so close to the tower of Pisa, just opposite the hotel, for €7 for 24 hours, this was really good. Although driving through the restricted traffic zone of Pisa was a bit daunting.

I was happy with the location, attentive service, and cleanliness and would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and very close to the Tower. The decor was straight from an Italian movie from the 60s, so don't expect anything fancy here. The staff was polite and helpful, we had asked for a room facing the Tower and they were kind enough to give it to us. The breakfast was good given the price we paid for the room and included cappuccino and a small buffet of juice, croissants, toasts and cold cuts.
