There is an elevator, rooftop bar & restaurant at this charming hotel. There something for everybody at breakfast. Our flight was cancelled, so I called the hotel to let them know and to please hold our room which they kindly did.

Me and my wife came here 6/9/19 till 9/9/19 in my opinion it's the best hotel in Pisa .there was a rooftop bar where you could eat and watch the sunset and also had a great view of the leaning tower. There were restaurants just outside the front door which were really nice we got breakfast included in the hotel the staff were all nice people.
This hotel is literally 1 mins walk from the tower and we could see it from our window so the location was perfect! There isn’t a lot to do in Pisa itself but we enjoyed our brief stay - visiting the tower and Miracle Square area as well as taking the train to Lucca for the day.
The hotel is comfortable, good service from the staff and a good breakfast to take advantage of...would recommend it if you are on a flying visit so you can see everything!
The hotel was very clean and was in an excellent location. However it does need bringing up to date. Efficient staff. Breakfast was just ok, enough choice but not very good quality. The roof top bar/ restaurant was the highlight. Watching the sunset over a chilled drink
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The hotel is very Central. When I used to park at the ZTL zone close to the hotel used to pay the hotel to get the permit which costs just under €20 and now, 2 months later I got charged for a violation of parking in a ZTL notwitstandong I was buying the permit from the hotel. I wrote the hotel but no reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL.
We spent one night at this hotel to give us time to explore Pisa before travelling onto Florence. Stayed in a triple (family) room which was a good size and clean with a well proportioned bathroom. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options available. Location was ideal - approximately 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport, 5 minutes walk from the main attractions of Pisa and a fairly direct 20 minutes walk from the central train station. Staff were extremely helpful and views from the bar terrace are beautiful.
