We stayed at this hotel at the end of our two week European trip. It was nice to stay in a modern hotel in Europe as some of the others lacked things such as air conditioning and space. It has good air conditioning, was very clean, and had enough space in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a early check out and cab to the airport. The hotel is across from the train station which made it nice since we had a lot of bags. The hotel is also walking distance to the Leaning Tower.

The hotel in and of itself was very good in terms of location (right next to the station and the great thing is that you don’t hear noise), breakfast and room. Every thing was clean.

The only reason why I won’t give it an “excellent” is because of how bad the attitude of the receptionists are. They don’t smile. They make you wait unnecessarily filling in your passport details (hellllllooooooo, there’s something called a photocopy machine!) and they made me leave my room and come down to get the wifi password, instead of saying it over the phone. If rude people don’t frustrate you, then this is an excellent choice for you.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were bitterly disappointed with the room we were given... The room was dark, dreary, 1970s style tv and bathroom was in poor condition... the bed sheets werr dated and old... it was more motel than hotel...we went down to ask for a change as this is far from what had been advertised... The staff were hugely helpful and offered ya an upgrade free of charge...the new room we received was top quality... Best of everything...the location despite being directly across from the main train station didn't feel that safe at night however...

Room was really small even if equiped with all necessities but to be honest location was my first concern when booking it since it is less than 50m from the central station. Breakfast also needs a bit of work but in general I can't say that I was dissapointed or annoyed at any point - just not that impressed

Stayed there for one night and this is not our first visit so we were very disappointed when we received a sub standard room (104) this room had obviously not been renovated - though the hotel advertises safes in every room there was none in this room and the rooms you see on the web are not like this. Very old TV - air con unit falling to bits, carpet and deco shabby, bathroom needing up graded.. there was dust under the mini bar in the room looks like not been touched for ages.. We have stayed here before and had the renovated rooms which are really lovely and did not realise that some rooms still required to be upgraded so would think twice about staying again. Just a shame.. there is also no bar area in the hotel where you can have a drink before going out for dinner or on your return..
