Indeed a pleasing hotel to stay in wonderful Pisa for 3 nights with friendly hotel staff, big lobby with modern furnitures but not impressed with the room assigned to us - not at par though with it's ranking as a 5-star hotel. Was expecting an elegant room but quite disappointed. Breakfast was all right - less option for choice of bread but more of sweet croissants, cakes, etc. Had dinner twice in the restaurant which is not run by the hotel and fish dishes are quite good compared to the pasta dishes. Overall, we had a great get-together with my husband's brother and family who are also staying in the same hotel which we found via the internet.
