Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel with my bf. We arrived at 10.30pm after a long drive from Zurich. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the second floor which was lovely. Clean, airy room, very comfortable bed and a large shower. Staff were fantastic and even reserved a table at a local restaurant for us and booked our taxis. Breakfast was decent - fresh fruit, breads, cheese, meat, eggs, lots of pastries, yoghurt and very nice coffee.
The hotel is about a 15min to the Pisa tower. The roads are a little tricky to cross because there is a junction with no pedestrian crossing, so anyone with a young family need to be careful. You do have to walk through a tunnel, but it's not as bad as people on TA have made it out to be. The local train station is also close by which is handy if you want to visit Florence (which we did). Overall a lovely stay, although I agree with the person who suggested the hotel should have an ATM machine - that would be fantastic!
