I just recently went on a trip to Italy with my mom, and we stayed for 2 nights in 6 cities. This was by far the best hotel of that trip (and by far one of the cheapest). Very clean and trendy rooms and lobby, excelent service, and a stunning view. As we arrived, they gave us a room with a king bed. I asked if I could change to a room with 2 twins bed, and my request was promptly attended. We stayed on a very large room, very different from almost every hotel in Italy. It's a very new property, and almost every room has a great balcany (with views of the pool area or the tower of Pisa), and the location is perfect. Really close to the center, and still on a residential and very quiet area. It's just great. There is free internet for as many devices as you'd like and even our housekeeper spoke great english, so non italian speakers are gonna feel very welcome.
