“Great food, friendly environment”
Reviewed October 2, 2011

We have been to this restaurant 2 weeks ago on recommendation from our host Michele. It was a wonderful experience. The Osteria is quite compact but has good food and a friendly environment.

“È stato davvero bello qui!”
Reviewed July 30, 2011

We went to the osteria due to a recommendation from our hostess Cecilia. And we did not regret. We had a really nice evening there and a lot of fun. We started with the order in englisch because our italian was measly. The waiter was helpful to this and so we managed it. We started with a shared antipasti, wich was good. Then we had a second plate and it was also very delicious and tasty. The servings were appropriate and we did not wait long for it. To this we drank soft italian white wine, yummy.
But what made us feel good was also the eminently relaxed and humorous waitress, we unfortunately forgot her name. She gave us a short crash course in italian for beginners. Thank you for this and also for the good advice for the "Espresso speciale"! :)
If we come back to Pisa once more, we will surely visit you again!

“Great Find”
Reviewed March 20, 2011

We stumbled upon this Osteria on our last night in Pisa, and wish we had found it earlier. The server was a delight, personal and funny and excellent. The food was fantastic. Just go; you won't be disappointed.

“My best meal in Pisa”
Reviewed June 11, 2010

The food was astounding! They use the freshest, slow-food ingredients available, and give the traditional Tuscan cuisine a fresh twist, which makes the food reach a level that I could not find anywhere else. The waitress was knowledgeable, helpful and smart, while being efficient and fast. Their wine list was also impressive. I wish we had dined here every night.

“My favourite restaurant in Pisa”
Reviewed May 9, 2010

The restaurant is small so make sure you reserve a table. The two women who own this place are really nice. The food is delicious. They serve traditional Tuscan dishes but reinterpreted in interesting ways. The wine menu is rich and varied, and the price is right for the service and quality of the food. For a three course meal with drinks and coffee we spent 33 euros per person.
