Stayed in this hotel for one night and while it was cheap for a triple room - it was very good. Its so close to the train station and the staff are very helpful. We had to share a bathroom with other travellers but it was clean. I would recommend this hotel if you wanted something cheap and cheerful!

we wanted a basic hotel, close to the city centre. the room was very basic, but the staff were lovely, the breakfasts were continental, but filling. we had to share a shower and toilet room with the travellers on the same floor but facilities were kept clean and tidy. there is a lovely pizza place down the road, very cheap and also a lovely cafe. it took us about 15 or 20 mins to walk into pisa, the train station is just around the corner so we had a great day in florence. this hotel is ideal for a few nights break whilst doing pisa, but if you are a snob and want 5 * treatment, this would not be for you. we enjoyed our stay here.

Rooms were very clean and staff seemed quite helpful and could speak english. Main drawback was that we got a room with a shared bathroom and you have to walk quite a bit to the bathroom and have to share it with as many as 10 other rooms on the floor!!Noisy street noise too so no light sleepers! Its an ideal spot if your just travelling in or out and need to be near to the train station as its just around the corner. Its a good 30 minute trot to the other side of town if you want to visit the leaning tower... but all in all good value for money.

The location is great. 100m from the station, with connections to Florence. Good price and a nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and big!

Hotel has good position, very close to the train station and not far away from the airport. The center is few mins by foot.
We stayed there one night and I think that was just enough. The room was ok, bed a bit uncomfortable.
The staff was nice.

My rating is divided into two parts.
As to the rooms, location a the price, the hotel is really a good value. It is located very near to the train station and airport as well. Out room was clean and has even a small fridge. The only problem was the heating which was very hot despite the fact that it was a very warm March and we couldn't open the window as the street was very noisy.
However, as to the staff, the men in the reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We flown from Pisa at 6:30 and no buses or trains operated that early. We politely asked the man to call a taxi but he angrily refused to do so, arguing why we bothered him with such "impossible" task. Therefore, we were forced to go to the street and as the taxi phone number was always busy we had to try to catch some driver's attention. After half an hour of futile effort we decided to walk to the airport. As I implied before, luckily, the hotel is quite near so we managed to get there on time. But still it wasn't a pleasant experience to walk to the airport with all our luggage in the night.

I stayed here in June 2009 for 4 nights, with my teenage son, we were in Pisa for a football match, and decided to have a few days break as opposed to just flying in, watching the game and flying out. Tha staff were very friendly, communicated well via email (in very good english) right from I booked about 5/6 weeks before our stay. Our room was basic but clean. We had free wi-fi, and the breakfasts were superb continental. We felt very at home and were only a few minutes walk from the Leaning Tower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap but clean and friendly palce to stay. Marco, one of the staff, was most helpful, as were all we came in contact with, also, just up the street (turn right when you leave the hotel and walk about 400/500 yards) there is a pizza parlour on the same side as the hotel. The staff are wonderful, you will know this place when you see it, it has a load of american license plates on the walls. We practically lived there, Hotel and Eatery for a budget, go see for yourself
