We were very pleased with our stay here. After travelling from Florence, we decided that we would stay a night in Pisa before going to the airport in the morning and decided to stay here because of the good value for money. We stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom. The room was spotless and very spacious with a large plasma TV, an effective ceiling fan and a comfortable bed. The shared bathroom facilities were also spotless. The location of this hotel is excellent, a 2 minute walk from the tower and plenty of restaurants also close by. The owner of the hotel is extremely helpful and really goes out of his way to assist.
the courtyard is small (2-4 tables max) however, you are allowed to bring your own food/alcohol and enjoy it there. We arrived from the train station and took the LAM Rossa bus for 1 euro to the hotel which was 5 mins away. We also got the bus directly to the air port in the morning very easily. The hotel is extremely suitable if you are looking for an easy to get to, central, clean hotel which is within a budget. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again if going back.

Very happy with my stay here, the accommodation is clean well appointed and represents good value for money. Mikale the owner has a excellent workshop and was very kind enough to help me repair my new German suitcase that had shed a wheel three days into my journey; not only that but he let me keep, despite offers of payment, the special tool needed to make sure that the wheel didn't fall off again. (Rimowa suitcases...lifestyle advertising at its worst!) Overall I thoroughly recommend this hotel as being excellent value for money and I would stay there again.

Great location for the Leaning Tower. Simple, clean rooms. We drove from the airport and arrived late on Friday night. The guy on reception was very helpful and helped sort out the parking permit (you need a permit for central Pisa). No breakfast but the location is so good that you have many options on your doorstep.

We could not believe how close this was to the Leaning Tower and how friendly everyone is there. Also, the biggest cactus in Tuscany lies in the backyard :)
The rooms are really nice with high, wood-beam ceilings and a beautiful view of the hills. We stayed in July so it was hot hot hot and we were sweating in the middle of the night- even with the windows open. Great price for the location and probably an ideal place to stay when it is cooler than 85 F or 30 C. There is a fan though.
The staff is so sweet. I just can't get over it. Sandra told us of a place to get a pedicure and a bra!

We stayed here in transit before heading into Tuscany. We arrived at 11pm and the manager was waiting with a friendly smile and welcomed us kindly. We left early and they held our bags whilst we had a quick look at the tower (only two mins walk away!)
Great value for money, close to leaning tower and very friendly
