Dear Mrs Maria,
we are very pleased to read that your stay was a pleasant one. Next time ask the reception for other good restaurants and thinks to see in Livorno, you'll be surprised to know that even if a small town there are so much things to do and see.
Al Teatro is situated on a small side street in the center of Livorno. 10 minutes walk to the old town or to the sea promenade. There is not much traffic on the street, so it was quite quiet. We had a room on the side of the garden, so it was just bird song we heard. The staff was very friendly. We got a secured parking space for 10 euros. Decoration of the hotel is charming with old funiture and paintings. Garden where you can have breakfast is cosy. The room was clean and spacious as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price, but very modest. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this small hotel with a charming atmosphere.
Dear Mr Kilkki,
it' s a pleasure to read that your stay was a good one, that you liked our decoration and the garden.
As for breakfast, usually in summer we add cheese and ham. Next time ask the reception if you won't find, we will be pleased to help you.
Hope to see you again.
The hotel is situated in a good location, near Goldoni Theatre, easy to find. Rooms doesn't have number, it have name, i lived at Bellini, a nice room , decorated with taste and very clean.
Staff is helpfull all the time, and give any kind of information.
Minibar is ok and not expansive. About breakfast we know that in Italy it Is ,,Colazzione'' Thanks to Francesca and to all her colleagues.
Definitely recommend this hotel to those interested.
thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure to have you as our guest and we hope there will be other opportunity. Livorno and Hotel Al Teatro waits for you!
La revedere si multumesc foarte mult!
Good location in the city. A lot of really good restarant in the area, nice and helofull stuff. Very, very clean and nice room. The bed was lovely, i slept like a child. I lived in the room Paganini. A very nice and relaxing backyard, but poore breakfast for a swede :-).
Dear Mr Globetrot,
we are happy to read that you liked the hotel and the nearby area. As for the breakfast, we serve italian one, that is croissants, rusks, jam, butter, honey, yogurt, toast, cereals, milk, tea, cappuccino, coffee, orange juice. Usually in summer we add ham and cheese. Next time ask the reception if you need something more to eat at breakfast, we'll be pleased to satisfy your needs.
The hotel has an ideal location in the centre of Livorno and was easy to reach by car. The reception were exceptionally helpful organising a permit for parking; unfortunately the restaurant the hotel recommended for dinner makes Pizza Express feel classy.
The lobby area and rooms are dressed up in a striking way, but the decoration is not overly tastless and affords this cosy hotel a genuinely appealing character.
Dear Mr Ian_LDN,
we are glad to read that you easily found our hotel.! Now it's easier to find us, because the Municipality of Livorno added new road signs.
The reception is always ready to help our customers even by suggesting good restaurants, so we're very sorry to hear that the pizza wasn't good. Next time we'll suggest you another restaurant that surely satisfy your taste!
We selected Al Teatro because we needed to be near the port of Livorno. It is a charming small hotel with each room individually decorated. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, even phoning around to find parking for our over-size van - they located a nearby garage, officially closed for the holidays, but which opened to take our van overnight! The public areas are beautifully decorated with many interesting ornaments. An excellent Italian breakfast is served in the hotel's lovely little courtyard. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again on any future visit to Livorno and would unhesitatingly recommend it to other travelers.
