I made my reservation via internet for one week in August. Wonderful site, ideal for city visits (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena) and to enjoy the nature. Quiet and clean with beautiful rooms, with wonderful view (from there you can enjoy the Mediterranean sunset and see the island of Gorgona). Perfect hospitality. Mrs. Daniela was fantastic in helping us to smell and taste the real flavour of Tuscany. Thanks.

I stayed at Arpaderba B&B with my husband and adult daughter for four days and had a lovely time. Arpaderba is situated on the top of a mountain overlooking the ocean and Tuscany countryside, it is absolutely breathtaking. Daniella (and her husband Ricardo) were the most wonderful host and hostess and tried to assist us in every way they could. The rooms were decorated beautifully and were immaculately clean. The B&B is a short walk into town which has several restaurants, a wine bar and a convenience store and is very quaint. We highly, highly recommend Ristoro da Orestina; where you will be served the most amazing food you have every tasted (we ate there all four nights). If you are looking for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Tuscan mountains this is it.

The only improvement I would suggest is that there be a little bit more variety for breakfast. And one change to the website would be that it stated "a short walk, hike or bike to the beach". The ocean can be seen from Arpaderba but it is not at all w/in a distance to reach without a vehicle.

One tip for your stay at Arpaderba: If you have any plans to travel into Livorno or anywhere outside of the town, you will ABSOLUTELY need a car. The B&B is situated at the top of a very steep and curvy mountain, and is also very narrow.

Room Tip: All rooms are beautiful.
