The hotel property takes up an entire city block and has an extensive park with wonderfully whimsical outdoor art. Allesandro, the concierge, was particularly helpful and recommended Touch Restaurant (I highly recommend it) where we ended up dining 2 of our 3 nights in Florence. Stunning hotel, great location. Walking distance to the important museums in the city. Impressive gardens. Kind and top staff. For me it was a Nice lunch close to the swimming pool. Lovely walks around its gorgeous garden. Best in Florence for so many reasons. It’s in the city yet it feels like it’s in a quite and lovely location. Florence it’s one of the most beautiful cities in the world and spending some quality time here if coming from abroad is a must do! I have been here during lunch and walked from my apartment in Florence. When I arrived I was kindly welcomed and it was a pleasure for me to see this amazing hotel.

An outstanding oasis of a hotel set within a short distance of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
The hotel pictures do not truly depict the magnificence of the hotel and gardens, and although the cost is within a high price bracket, value for money is exceptional. Whilst the property and setting lends itself to a 5 * review, the hotel team are everything and more than One might expect. The professionalism, manner, exceptional communication skills that are carefully adjusted to meet the individual guest to ensure that all who stay here receive a very real and personal experience with every interaction.
