A great B & B in Florence that is nestled beside the Arno, not too far away from the busy city centre. Lovely, clean, immaculately decorated and maintained, Stephano and Leonardo have an outstanding property which was my pleasure to stay in for two well rested nights. Everything, from their help with a late check in, to advice on restaurants and tours was first class! Thankyou for making my stay in Florence a memorable and most comfortable one. Regards Carlos

My friend and I stayed here for 10 days in July and we absolutely loved it! Leonardo and Stefano, the owners, are as nice as can be; they helped us with our luggage, immediately oriented us to the city upon check-in, and answered any questions that came up over the course of our stay. The B&B is about a 15-20 minute walk from central Florence, but it was so fun to stay on the other side of the river and have the opportunity to try more authentic and less touristy restaurants. The price of our room was incredibly reasonable; it was huge and gave us ample space to spread out. It also had air conditioning which worked like a charm and was SO necessary. The room was cleaned daily and our towels were replaced three times over our stay. Breakfast was included and exceeded my expectations...there was even fruit and yogurt! There is a refrigerator, cold water, a bottle opener, wine glasses, cups, and tea available for guests at all hours. The only drawback is that the B&B is apartment style, so you can hear everything when people are walking around outside of your room. My friend and I were rarely able to sleep past 8 am. Overall, though, this B&B made our time in Florence extremely enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again!

There is not a single thing that was not perfect in this B&B. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, so I could even put my travel bike in a safe spot. My room was large and with a nice balcony, on which I could have the very good breakfast that is provided as a buffet. The B&B does lie at a very frequented street, but the windows are well isolated and let you sleep well.
It is remarkable how well everything, from the rooms to the decoration, is designed and you will feel tuned right in for a nice trip into the heart of the wonderful city of Florence.

Room Tip: The solo room has a nice balcony, but only external bathroom (which is a very nice one!)

I1900 Artevita is in an old building but nice and clean and with a correct price. The owners are very friendly and there is a familiar ambient. I reccommend this spot. It's not far to the center and you can enjoy the street Lungarno near the river to go there.

My wife, 10 year old son and I stayed at 1900 Artevita for four nights. Our hosts were very warm, friendly and genuine. The rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious. Breakfast was continental and readily available. Stefano even prepared some breakfast early for us before an early morning excursion's start! The neighbourhood was quiet. While the B & B is about 15 minutes from the city centre, a connecting bus stop is located about 20 metres away.
A lovely place to stay!

We chose this B&B after much research on TA and were not disappointed at all as it lived up to its great reviews. We spent 4 nights at the B&B which is owned by 2 very nice brothers, Leonardo and Stefano, who take much pride in their property and it shows. They take care of all your needs and are on hand every morning to answer questions, also providing a map with tips and recommendations at check-in. They provide a huge breakfast with lots of variety, even making sure we had something to eat when we had an early departure on 1 of our mornings. My family of 4 had plenty of space in our spotlessly clean room with large modern bathroom. The building and rooms have classic charm and is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the center of town and convenient to bus and tram routes. We rented a car when leaving Florence and the B&B is a short walk to the Hertz office on Via del Sansovino, which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Florence!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a double and a single room. Everything was very clean and the owners Leonardo and Stefano were very friendly and helpful. If you don´t mind walking 15-20 min to the city center and you prefer a cozy and charming B&B, I would definitly recommend this spot.
