Our son recommended this place for the buttered chicken. We found ourselves sat between an elderly American couple who had first visited it in 1957 (and assured us that the menu had never changed) and a couple of young photographers from Milan who had been advised by a colleague to try the rib of beef. We were all delighted with the fabulous food and if ever in Florence again, would definitely return there.
