Transporting food and service. This is an experience not a meal! Be warned this is probably one of the most expensive meals you will ever eat when you include the wine list that begins at $175 Euro for the lowest end bottle (a slight disappointment there as we wound up settling on a bottle for $175 Euro that can be purchased for $50 Euro; for that price I expect a little higher end wine). With that being noted the 3-4 people that attended our table provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. My husband tried the baby pork entree and said it was the most amazing he had ever experienced. We shared the homemade fusilli with prawns, fantastic and were gifted with a multitude of little tastings of exotically prepared delectables, amazing. At the end we retired to the smoking lounge where we were served coffee and gifted again with homemade chocolate. The amount of time and preparation that have gone into each little bite is astounding and it shows in the quality and the service. This is a once in a lifetime meal and certainly deserves its 3 Michelin stars!
