What can I say that hasn't been said already? The experience is very intimate and the chefs came out to greet everyone and make sure we were enjoying our dinner which was nice. They gave us a complimentary glass of champagne though it wasn't Dom ( I can't remember what they gave us but it was good.) You could do the 5, 9, or 20 course degustation. The 9 and 20 cost the same but we weren't hungry enough for the 20 so we opted for the 9. As for the wine, they bring an obscenely large book that is wheeled in its own cart! Did I have the patience to go through that book? Definitely not! Instead,we did a wine pairing which allowed you to pick between 3 to 6 wines paired with your meal with wines in each tier(page) having an assortment of wines listed for you to pick between. The pairings started at 185 euro for the lowest tier wine list at 3 glasses to 1500 euro for the 3 glasses in the highest tier. We opted to do a mid tier wine selection with 4 wines at 385 euro per person. We left the option of what wines to have with our meal to the sommelier. The sommelier did a great job of pairing the wines for the food we were having and fulfilled the special request that we had of wines in the Tuscany region. Our service was impeccable and most of the food was amazing with the exception of the lamb which was overcooked. We did receive a book with the finest restaurants and the chocolates before we left. We did not get a complimentary taxi back to the Four Seasons like one of the other reviewers mentioned that they got. All told we had spent over 1500 euro for our meal! It is expensive but definitely worth the experience. Would I do it again? Not anytime soon! There are many other 3 stars to experience! :-) Oh, and yes we did get a tour of the wine cellar which was definitely a nice touch to the end of the night and should not be missed!
