Location- very heart of centre. Minutes walking distance to everything in centre.
Room- Basic but satisfying for a short stay. No breakfast.
Management- Friendly and available.
Property- Clean and welcoming.
Sure to be seriously considered

Room Tip: Room no4 offers nice view of a busy road. Very quiet once the shops close and tourists retire.

You cannot be more in a heart of Florence than this.
Price is excellent, our room and bathroom were spotless. We don't own TV, so we didn't miss it ;) You have all the landmarks on your doorstep, and as Florence is amazing, you will always be out and about. There is a great gellato place just behind the corner, super short walk to Ponte Vecchio, location is not too noisy, we would definitely come back :)

Room was only €40 so you cannot expect much. The location is perfect; right in the heart of Florence. The rooms are clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. The building is a bit strange as it is on the 4th floor of a residential building but for one night this is a great hotel.

There is a very common theme for reviews of this hotel. It really is all about the location. We could lean out of our window 4 floors up and see Ponte Vecchio. Turn right out of the front door and in 20 steps you're looking at Palazzio Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. For that, the price is incredible.

I think some but not all of the rooms have there own bathroom. But visitors must keep in mind it is the location you are paying. For the cheap price, don't be surprised that there is no kettle, TV, fridge or safe. The bed is comfortable & clean and that really is all you can ask for.

Being so central, it is a little loud later at night, particularly at the weekend. A really light sleeper may have been a disturbed by this.

The location here is amazing. You are in the heart of Florence. One minutes walk to the Duomo and Giotto's tower. One minute walk to the bridge with the houses on it, one minute walk to the markets and many gelaterias!

The rooms are good. No tv, but it's not needed as your always out and about! They are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is good, but the shower is very small and kind of awkward to have a shower in.

The only downfall of this room is the noise. The big clock rings every hour on the hour, which can wake you in the night if you're a light sleeper.

Other than that, staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay here.

As mentioned by the other reviewers, the location of the hotel is GREAT, <2mins from Piazza della Signoria where the Uffizi museum is & <5mins frm Ponte Vecchio. You can walk everywhere in central Florence, from the train station SMN to the hotel is about <15min. Right outside the hotel, there is a 'tourist market' selling leather jackets/bags & other touristy stuff (as u wld've guessed, i never set on one foot in) haha. There are restaurants littered everywhere in Florence, around the hotel and if ur willing to venture slightly further out, I'm sure u'd be able to find food tt is less costly and tastes just as good :)

The room I stayed in was nearest the reception, nearest the toilet - which was clean and dry most times. Hot/cold water was available at ALL times which was a plus point for me. They use instant water heaters which is great for people for like long showers :D

As I travelled solo, my room size was adequate for me & all my stuff - there was a window for sunlight and fresh air though it can get a tad bit noisy if ur an early/light sleeper. The bed was really comfy, and there is a sink in the corner of the room which was handy - though that didnt have hot water. haha. A hand and bath towel was provided during my 2 night stay. The room was airy and clean. When I was there, the temperature was about 17-20 degrees celsius so i had no need for air conditioning (i'm not sure if they even have that - u'll have to check)... i had enquired abt the heater because I thought i might need it (i didnt) but the person at the reception told me that it cld not be turned on because it was controlled by central heating and it wasnt time yet (i think he meant like the right temperature for it to be switched on). However, he offered me an extra blanket which was better than nothing :)

They make ur beds and tidy the room each day and you'll have to tell them not to if u dont want that service - i declined because my room was full of my stuff everywhere and i was a tad embarrassed. haha. There was no full length mirror in my room, fyi, but it was fine for me :) The wifi in the hotel was strong and it never dropped, once. The person at the reception was willing to answer questions, recommend places to eat, but only if you asked. So in a way, they were not intruding but i assume that some wld say, they could be friendlier? Then again, they advertise themselves as a 1 star hotel, so it was all definitely beyond my expectations.

Also, there is a lift in the building so u dont have to lug ur stuff up the stairs to the 4th level - YAY! And the interior of the building can get quite dark/spooky late at night if ur afraid of the dark. haha. The building may not be the easiest to find but once u've found it, u'll realise its not tt hard afterall. :) There is a moneychanger less than 3 mins frm the hotel building and u can get an italian sim card frm there too at a good price!

Room Tip: If you are a light of early sleeper, you could try asking for a room away from the street? Or if u h...

Great location and I absolutely love the fact that I could just walk to Piazza della Signoria in less than a minute. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Other tourist attractions are all within walking distance to the hotel. Our room was small but clean and the bathroom is a good size though shower area is tiny. Excellent wifi and the receptionist was very helpful with the booking of museum tickets, tips for cafes, restaurants and car-rentals. We did not get much street noise from our room and had a great 2-night stay in this hotel.
Note: This hotel may be difficult to locate, so it's best to get directions from the hotel's website.
