This outing was one of the highlights of the month. I enjoyed learning the history of Tuscany, olive oil, and of course, wine! Majla was such a great teacher. I loved her usage of analogies; it made it easier to visualize the craftsmanship of making wine and olive oil. The cooking class was perfect, too. It was nice to eat an authentic home cooked Italian meal at the end of the day. I would suggest eating a small breakfast beforehand. The late lunch consists of many foods, not just the food you make.
Thanks so much, Majla! You were a great host!
