“Christmas Tour - History and Chocolate”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 29, 2012

The Christmas Tour did not have nearly as many stops to look at the city lights as I had hoped, but much more history than I could have imagined. Every building in this city has a story and our guide knew all of them - dark, gruesome stories for some and amazing tales for others. And the end of the tour was a hot chocolate that was nothing but melted chocolate and cream and every inch incredible. Very nice, and the guide is particularly good with children.

Thank you for your nice words. Your guide is known for her amazing ability to not only share the fascinating history of Florence, but also for keeping adults and children alike entertained.

And the hot chocolate here really is so incredible we insist on drinking it often just to remind ourselves it really is true! :)

“As Billy Joel says, Vienna waits for you...”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 16, 2012

You've seen it in movies, you've read about it. Now's the time to experience Vienna for yourself. And, if like us, you're novices to the whole Venice thing, a tour is a must. And Venice in One Day is the perfect way to experience this magical city close up and personal. The guides made us feel welcome, no question was too inane and we definitely came away with a feeling that the tour was time and money well spent.

It’s fabulous that you were able to spend so much time here and we’re glad to have provided a tour that was completely new information even after all that time here. Helen is certainly wonderful and it’s always a pleasure to be able to share her with visitors to Florence! :)

“A fabulous introduction to Venice”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 3, 2012

Just a quick note to say thank you for the most wonderful tour of Venice.
Hubby and I did the combined four tours and thoroughly enjoyed everything we did.
The Gondola rise to start off the tour was just beautiful, gliding serenely down the quiet 'backstreets' of Venice was just sublime.
Then the very entertaining and informative walking tours and to finish off a fabulous boat ride around the Grande Canal.
Both guides gave us a fantastic amount of insight and knowledge as well as some very welcome tips that we found very useful for the rest of our visit.
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, it was the perfect way to start our holiday in Venice.
Everything was so well organised, it was a pleasure from start to finish.

“A lovely day in Tuscany!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 3, 2012

I joined a small group of 4 other people and Jessica, our guide, and Luigi, our driver, for a wonderful day in Tuscany. The office greeting was very friendly which set the tone for a great experience. Jessica was knowledgable, relaxed and put us all at ease. The Cathedral at Siena was spectacular ! By the end of a wonderful lunch with olive oil and wine tasting the group was in great form for a visit to Monteriggione and San Gimignano. Both towns were almost deserted and that somehow made it more special as we could soak up the atmosphere and take our time. I would highly recommend this as a fabulous way to spend a day in Tuscany!
