Found this on the HostelWorld website. Stayed two nights at 32.50 euro per person per night in a double room.
Check-in is actually in another hotel in the neighborhood that was difficult to find. The receptionist was nice enough but speaks little English. Also, the check-in hotel is on the 4th or 5th floor of a building with no-elevator, so it was quite an exercise to get up there.
The hotel itself is located in the second floor of an apartment building with elevator. We had to ring several doorbell before someone buzzed us in. The unit we stayed in has three rooms, a common living room and kitchen (with fridge). Bathroom is shared.
Our room has a high ceiling and has no decoration. The window opens out into a small area surrounded by neighboring building and a favorite hang-out for pigeons. The heater was near the window and never strong enough to warm up the room.
The shared bathroom is not dirty, though a bit old. The water drains very slowly in the shower. Also, the water heater and room heater were turned off the first night we were there. It was again the next day but someone else complained and they came to turn it back on again.
Breakfast not included.
I've stayed at better places at comparable rates in Florence, so we'd recommend that you look harder elsewhere.
