We can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. The clean, comfortable quiet room, perfect location and complimentary prosecco would have been enough to justify a high rating, but Alessandra and Cesare were the icing on the cake. Their warmth and advice were a welcome change from the often impersonal service we've received in other places. The only minor quibble was the breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe. We would have preferred a more traditional cafe or something simple in the room. Still- overall, a delight!

We stayed here for 3 nights of our honeymoon and all 3 of the staff we met couldn't have done anything else to make the visit more special. From the get go we were offered lovely coffee and had a chat over what we were looking to do in Florence, they gave us a map and helped us with advice to make the most from our visit, the room we had was fantastic and the view was onto a busy piazza that had the top of the Duomo to one side. The staff were there to make our visit as memorable as possible, asking us how we got on each day and helping book & queue jump the attractions we wanted. They genuinely wanted to give us the best possible time, I really haven't stayed in a place like this, and is now our go-to B&B we will use from now on in Florence. Well done guys and keep up the high standards!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room looking onto the Piazza as you can open the window and hear live music happening on it!!

If you have the opportunity to stay the this beautiful B&B do not miss it! Perfect location when visiting Florence, 5 min easy walk from train station. Very close to all the bridges & main attractions we didn't need to use public transport at all. When we arrived we where greater by Eleonora who has to be the most helpful person we have come across on our journey around Europe. Eleonora sat down with us and went through the maps, showed us how to get to all the main attractions, where to eat & drink. The room we stayed in was so beautiful i didn't want to leave it! From beginning to end our stay here was fantastic. By far the best accommodation we have had on our 8 week journey.

We stayed at BnB Emozioni for one night on the way to Venice from Rome and had a great time. The rooms are big and spacious, bathroom a real treat, the service was second to none thanks to the vibrant Caesar. We were welcomed with drinks and peanuts and had champage waiting when we got home that night! When we left he told us there was a gift for us which turned out to be a nice bottle of red wine. My boyfriend and I were most happy! The location is ideal, right in the middle of all the atmospheric centre! Will definitely come back to Rome for this experience!
