We went here twice in 2 days and we loved it!!!- Firstly for some vino and an antipasti platter late one evening (it was still packed) but the people are so patient and accommodating, it's hard to know what you want as it's a little crazy in there most of the time so you can't see the menu boards or even inside the counter but we just told the guy what we felt like and he whipped it up! We had the house wine too and it was delish!!!
The next day we went in for some of the tastiest panini's for lunch. They were so simple yet so packed full of flavour! I had just lettuce, mozzarella and prosciutto and my husband had roast beef, lettuce, tomato and balsamic. YUMMO- we will be craving those sandwiches until we return!

We love this place! This was our second time to Florence and the Prosciutteria is always a must stop. The assorted meat trays are out of this world and the cheeses are also delicious. They give you a great combination and one of my favorites is the roast beef and they put a little balsamic over it and it is delicious! Their house wine is also incredible and we came back here twice on our trip just to sit and enjoy wine and a meat and cheese platter. The staff are very welcoming and very fun to talk to. They love their job and they love to make you feel right at home. Another great thing? it's cheap. We sat and had a meat platter and a few glasses of their incredible house wine and our bill might have been 20 euro if that. The house wine is 1.50 to 2 euro a glass which is very cheap and it is very good. We went around 4 when we were able to get a seat. During lunch time it was so crowded that we couldn't even get in the door, so if you want to sit down I suggest you go a little later in the day after lunch. This is definitely a must-go when in Florence.

Great sandwich experience at reasonsble prices and centric location. It felt authentic. The tenders were very kind. It is not a full service restaurant but is has a few tables to sit after you order.

This little "non-restaurant" was located a few doors away from our hotel, and was the perfect spot for a late evening snack or even a big snack! Barely 10' X 40' in total size, it was packed with people enjoying typical Italian bisto fare and wine. Because they don't have a restaurant license "per se", you order at the counter, they prepare your "board" of food, and then the patron carries it to a tiny table squeezed into the space. It was VERY cozy, and the food was terrific! Because we don't know Italian, we just pointed to what we wanted in the small deli area. The server sliced the salami, porchetta, a whole fresh tomato and sliced roasted vegetables. It was scrumptious and just enough for what we wanted around 9 PM at night!
