We stayed at Mulino Di Firenze and opted to have dinner here the first night we arrived. It was no problem making a reservation. The restaurant is in the same building as the rest of the hotel.
The dining room is very nice and quaint. The service is also spectacular with the staff dressed very nicely.
The menu offers some unique and common Italian cuisine options. One item that we started with was some pasta made by the chef, served in a sauce and topped with some pesto and pine nuts. It was delicious. I had a balsamic infused steak which was excellent.
If you plan to have a bottle of wine, a 1st and 2nd course each then also dessert you will pay a decent amount. It is not a cheap place but it was not outrageous either.
