“Italian at heart!”

Wow, our experience at Adler Cavalier was so much better than we expected. The staff was super friendly, the breakfasts were delicious and filling, the beds super comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, the air conditioner worked, the WiFi worked perfectly, the location was supreme, the decor was very nice, the view of a little garden from our room was pretty, the price was perfect, and the peace we felt at Adler was priceless.

I will definitely stay here again and I recommend it whole-heartedly!!!

Room Tip: Let them know in advance how many beds you will require and if you are sensitive to noise.

Well run hotel, the staff were present in a friendly way. The rooms were very clean and had a pleasant ambience. Lots of interesting nooks and corners where you could hang out.
The court yard were they served a good breakfast was wonderful to sit in. And there is also a bar area with a small fountain. You can walk to all the major sights. The hotel is very close to the station, just a few minutes walk.

The hotel Adler Cavalieri in Florence is so beautiful, the ornate ceilings and wooden decor (especially in the rooms) make it even more special.

It was interesting to know that it was an old convent that had been converted into a hotel. Really friendly staff, great breakfast and the location was excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious.

Have just returned from a small garden tour to Tuscany and Lake Como. This is my second stay at the Adler Cavalieri in Florence and I have to say, this is my favorite hotel in Florence. I have stayed in many hotels in Florence over the years with groups and individually, and the Adler is by far the best. The location is perfect for both pleasure and business, the staff are excellent, the breakfast great and the rooms perfectly appointed. The hotel is small enough, not to be classified as a group hotel, yet can accommodate a group with ease without interupting business and independent guests. Everyone is treated so well. Nothing is too much trouble. Andrea, Lisa and Franco could not have been more helpful. The bar at the top of the hotel is a great way to relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. A great little hotel.

Room Tip: Some rooms have a small balcony - wonderful to sit out and relax after a day of sightseeing in Flore...

We stayed here recently for 3 nights while visiting Florence. While the location is fantastic and the room was quite spacious, the bed was pretty bad. The pillows were very hard as was the bed. The sheets were also very rough - not soft at all....

The room met our needs, but I would likely look for another option if I was to go back.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, if you are looking for location and service, this is a lovely place if you don't mind a rock hard bed and pillows.

I was here for work 3 nights... perfect position, place well kept and with a style. Furnished with good taste with all sort of confort. In the basement has a lovely SPA area where you can find some peace from the noise of the city. Small but perfect space for a gym and a perfect bar in a little patio on the first floor and you will forget to be in the centre of Florence. The staff is just very helpful, friendly and discreet. Breakfast is excellent and just what you like to get in the morning. Exccelent for a romantinc week end or to take your family ...
