The hotel was in an excellent location by the Duomo. It was a basic room but nice & clean with a very friendly & helpful staff! Very nice breakfast buffet too! I would recommend it & would stay there again

A clean no frills hotel for a quick stay. The front desk agent was friendly, gave a very nice run-down of the area and the sights. Nothing fancy, but fits the need. The breakfast was good for a hotel of its size. Great location in the city.

The good- front desk staff when we checked in was super helpful, gave us a map, explained it thoroughly and told us her recommendations. We never made it to breakfast so can’t comment on that. My bed was super comfy, but as you’ll read below, not all of my group thought the same. The view from my room was cool and this place is close to everything!

The bad-
My group had 2 rooms- my sister and her husband had some issues with a broken chair, ac not working, double mattresses on a king size bed with no mattress pad on top so they could feel the crack down the middle, and water getting everywhere in the bathroom because shower enclosure wasn’t functioning correctly. Both rooms were very basic and nothing like the online photos. Maybe we had the cheap rooms? Not sure, but my room had some moldy bathroom tile and paint chipped on walls, just a lot of small details that don’t show the hotel in its best light.

Maybe we’re picky, but I expect more out a 4 star plus rated hotel.
