This was my third stay at Hotel Colombo since 2011 and as during my other stays, it was great. Its location just a few blocks from the Academia, the Duomo and the Mercato Centrale make it very convenient. It is a simple and small hotel, but the staff, especially Sabina and Luna, are very personable and helpful. They gave us directions, recommended places to eat and called and made reservation for us. The room was very clean and the breakfast was substantial and diversified.

Very good hotel, with very kind and helpful staff, in very good location, very clean, as well as with a great and rich breakfast.The area was excellent near all the sights and monuments and could be transported everywhere on foot in a very short time. It was a short distance from my workplace. I highly recommend it to everyone who has such demands from a hotel.
Great welcome, the hotel ideally situated, the room was clean and very comfortable, we received a lot of help to organize our visits (reservations to visit different sites, advises and reservations in restaurants), breakfasts were good, we passed a very good journey.
The hotel was a amazing. It is centrally located to most of the things you will want to see while in Florence. The staff is amazing; attentive and very helpful. The breakfast everyday is not only convenient but is also a great way to start the day and quite delicious. I recommend the multivitamin juice. I traveled to Florence with a group of 26. At no point did the hotel feel crowded and in spite of the size of our group there were no challenges with check out or check in. It was truly an amazing experience and I highly recommend the

Staff are friendly and very helpful except that Cameroon receptionist. At the whole the hotel is very clean and big , good breakfast. Great location and 3min away to the Duomo, few minutes from train station and close to shopping. Highly recommend.
