Me and my sister recently took a pasta making class with Manuela. It was a very hands on class, and Manuela gave patient and helpful instructions to us all (there was a lovely young couple from NY in the class as well). We made a nice variety of pasta (tagliatelli, ravioli and more), and they came out pretty good. I won’t say perfect, but we bought a pasta machine, so we’ll be practicing soon. They did taste delicious!
